Heath & Cliff Simone 2-Light Floor Lamp with Fabric Shade Matte Black and Brass Gold, Brass Brushed

I received this lamp and followed the directions to put together. When screwing in the final part of the post it just continued to turn and turn, it does not catch or securely tighten as the other portions of the lamp did. It appears I was given a lamp that was already stripped of its metal seams and cannot securely be screwed together, the lamp flops to the side and cannot remain upright on its own due to the weight of the lamp and lack of support due to stripping on the bottom section of the post. I have it leaning against a wall to stand upright. Aside from this major malfunction, I like the lamp. Included photos to show where the bottom section that isn't securely fitting and falls to the side if not leaning against the wall for support.
