We have warehouses located in California USA , return can be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, items must be returned in good condition, items returned in damaged condition will not be accepted. All returned items will be inspected before issuing refunds, shipping costs are non-refundable and a 10-20% restocking fee will be charged based on the condition of the returned item, no refund will be issued for the damaged items.
