Firstly, I would like to mention the delivery was expedient. However, I was surprised when the boxes were delivered and dropped off in the middle of my driveway without anyone ringing the bell. One box was very damaged, with a considerable slash in the front. The design of the chairs is very nice, they have a very modern vibe and and they feel stable. Unfortunately they are not well manufactured. The backing material on 3 of the chairs sag, not properly stretched. The seat padding is hard and uneven. One chair had a small blue ink stain, and another a small cut in the UP fabric. I kept them because it was going to be more expensive than they are worth to return. I purchased them on line as they had actually received good reviews.
