it was missing pieces

I had to send it back because it was apparently a return from another customer with some small scratches on it, which I didn't really mind because I knew it would get scratched sooner or later but they never checked it out before sending it again and it was missing some of the foam insert pieces that make it grab the the bars it's attaching to so I had to return it and will not order any more from them.
