Life saver for ADHD kids
We were suggested to use melatonin on our ADHD kiddo. They have irregular sleep issues, insomnia and bedtime became a nightmare every night. We took them to Dr and Dr suggested melatonin because it helps, especially on ADHD kids. This has been wonderful! half an hr after giving it to them they get tired and lay down and are usually asleep within 10 minutes. IDK what we would have done without this supplement.
