Double-duty clear ant moat works great
This clear ant moat is excellent. It actually serves two purposes: first, as it is advertised, to keep ants from getting into the nectar. The second purpose is to provide drinking water for all of our feathered friends. Love that it is clear so we can see when the water level gets low. The larger 18 oz size helps with that too! The only problem is that after a few years, it will yellow a bit since it is plastic. It's still worth it for us to get a new one when it does!!
