This is a great quality product. You just use a tooth pic, and add a small amount of dye at a time, until you reach your desired shade. I needed something fun %26 easy, so I used this dye, and cans of Betty Crocker cream cheese frosting! It turned out great. This product is a good deal, and a little goes a long way! One thing to keep in mind- Is the dye can temporarily stain your fingers, and can potentially stain clothes, or white countertops... So just be smart, and prepare as needed.

I love this food coloring gel

well I bought it for Easter to color eggs with my grandkids because there was so many more colors than the regular egg dying kits I got 11 different color and they're supposed to be used for cakes but I didn't so I don't know how it works on cakes yet but for eggs they made the eggs come out really bright and vibrant and I loved it I don't think I'll ever dye eggs with regular dye ever again so I definitely recommend it for coloring eggs I'll let you know when I finally use it on a cake and it being a gel we didn't have to use very much of it to color the eggs either and sorry I can't show you the eggs because I waited until September to do the review.

We had white frosting so I like that you can add the color slowly to make a gray or a black. It's thick, so you need a small utensil to spoon it out. Unfortunately the website wouldn't allow me to upload a photo, the house turned out adorable with black vines, and a "gate" on the front.
