These knives are stellar. Took me a while to get used to not nicking myself just from bumping into the corner at the bottom of the blade. I can't speak highly enough of these. My scissors are showing evidence of rust after 2 ish years but I think due to my own negligence. I also noticed small rust stains on two of my bigger knives. Polished it right out with Bar keeper's friend/ all clad powder. Night and day difference. Id been looking at these for a long time and finally bought them one year as a Christmas gift to myself. I knew these wouldn't fail me, but they've truly exceeded my expectations. I also suck at sharpening knives with other methods and this design is foolproof.

These are the best knives that I have ever used, the are very sharp, all of the knives have a good heavy feel to them. You don't have to struggle with cutting anything meat or vegetables, haven't used the sharpener yet, because the knives don't dull like most other brands
