Good but effects depend on the person
Eclectic Institute products are always of good quality and natural in taste/aroma. This does indeed smell of rosemary. A caveat to anyone like me who is sensitive to mood enhancers - either energy boosters, destressers, or sleep aids - to pay attention to your frame of mind. I took one a day every morning for three mornings, and the Kafka dreams - very stressful dreams - had started up by night 2. Perhaps (I can only guess) because I wasn't that busy on those days so the mental energy had nowhere to go? I stopped taking it for a few days until this morning because I have a busy day. I shall see if the bad dreams start up again, and if they do, I know it's probably this. But that's just me. Everybody is different.

Effective, but it may cause you to eat more carbohydrates.
I found this product to be very effective in making me sleepy, likely because it is more potent since it's freeze dried. I also noticed that I end up craving more carbohydrate foods in the morning, which is likely to overcome the sleepiness caused by this product. I suspect, with any supplement, you have to be careful with dosage, because it will have some kind of side effect. In this case, while it will make you sleepy and help you sleep, you will have to deal with having been made sleepy by this product.

High quality organic rosemary
Rosemary is an ancient herb that provides many health benefits (it helps with gut health, memory, mood, inflammation, pain, macular degeneration, circulation, detoxification, skin conditions, etc.) . Thankfully, Eclectic provides freeze dried organic rosemary herb. Quality does vary from batch to batch, but on average is very good. When you open the bottle, you'll smell fresh rosemary!
