No English Speaking puzzle

I received a Spanish speaking puzzle - Thought I purchased a regular English speaking puzzle (Website had an american flag so I assumed all items would be in English). Had no idea there was such a thing. Very disappointed when it arrived and we could not use it. Looked on Website and I do not see an English speaking one. Can't send it back because I do not see that I can get an English speaking puzzle. I will no longer purchase anything from this company and will not recommend to others due to this. I was so hoping that I found a website to by all of my granddaughters leaning tools. My journey continues to find that website and products. :(

Sound stopped operating

Disappointed by this puzzle. The sound stopped working after using it for about 5 minutes.

I would love to speak with you and help you with this right away. Here are a few tips about our sound puzzles. Our sound puzzles are light activated. Once new batteries have been installed it it best to use your puzzle in a brightly lit room. When you remove a puzzle piece from the board you will see a little circle - that is the light sensor. Once the sensor has been exposed to light you will hear the sound when you replace the puzzle piece back into the board. Best, Chelsea

Just what I was looking for!!

I bought this puzzle and the Spanish Alphabet puzzle for my 2 year old grandson---I'm teaching him Spanish and he all ready knows numbers and some letters in English. So I wanted something that would engage his curiosity and we could play with together or he could play with by himself. I have been looking for months! Finally found these on your website (don't know why I didn't check here first since I've purchase other toys from you!). These are perfect! we will enjoy for a long time!
