H13153 Sagrada Familia Minor Basilica

Cardboard cutout of the Sagrada Familia Minor Basilica in Spain at 62x47in. It has been under construction since 1882 by architect Francisco de Paula del Villar. He resigned a year later and Antoni Gaudi took over. When Gaudi died, less than a quarter of the project was complete. Work continued by Domenec Sugranes i Gras but the Spanish Civil War of 1936 interrupted construction. Fast Forward to 2015, it has been 70 percent complete. It was expected to be complete by 2026, but COVID further delayed contruction. A basillica is an important large church distinguished from other churches for ceremonial purposes.
