A must have if your pet has skin issues. My cat has itchy spots during the hotter months. The vet said it was a simple dermatitis causing flaking and itchiness. I've tried the shampoo 2 times since getting it. It seems to be working and a major relief for my cat! She doesn't scratch as much. We will continue doing 2 shampoos weekly as directed until the irritation subsides. I would highly recommend this to any dog or cat owner to have on hand. Gives your fur babies much needed itch relief!

This Veterinary Clinical Care shampoo is for dogs and cats! I used it on my "schnoodle" (schnauzer/poodle) who is consistently licking, biting and scratching. She gets regular flea treatments so we know she doesn't have fleas. Our vet suggested a while back that we put Layla on a "grain free" diet, which we did, but she still digs at herself. Since trying this Veterinary Formula Layla has calmed down tremendously. The shampoo smells delightful...a very light fragrance, and contains Lactic Acid, Lidocaine, Hydrocotisone and Colloidal Oatment, all items that relieve itching and red spots. What I REALLY like about this shampoo is that it "does not wash away topical flea and tick treatments." (check out pic). Thank goodness for that, as pet owners know how flea and tick treatments can add up to $$. Good product, and I will continue to purchase it.
