Protective Cable

We love this product! It’s exactly what we needed for our puppy. Now she can safely play in the yard. We don’t have to worry that she’ll run away or be taken by predator birds.

Seller will not respond to my request for a Return

The cable appears to be great quality, but the hinge/latch that connects to collar is too heavy for my dog's neck, causing unnecessary pain. It states Small, up to 35 pounds. My dog Is part Chihuahua, part Jack Russell,only 12 pounds. Long, thin neck, but very muscular and always. very difficult to find collars and cables to fit correctly, and keep her from getting loose. I have contacted seller twice, even letting them know the package is still sealed, easy to resell. I am familiar with this type latch, from previous cables. I didn't realize I would be out for the cost of this, due to seller being a Third Party seller, that apparently is not responding to their Return Policy.
