I did not receive what I ordered. Had to send them back. I order from WalMart.com for ease of ordering and time restraints. When I receive incorrect products that I order, such as these, it throws other things of timing. The same products were on Ebay.com and less expensive than the one on WalMart.com. I chose walmart.com because it was being sold by Walmart and not a 3rd party. After receiving the wrong product. I could find no phone number to talk with someone to either get the price reduced to the price with no rims and keep what was shipped or to make sure if I ordered again if I would get the correct order.
