For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, damaged skin or wounds. Do not use if you are allergic to Arnica montana or to any of this product's inactive ingredients. When using this product, use only as directed, do not bandage tightly or use a heating pad. Stop use and ask a doctor if condition persists for more than 3 days or worsens. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

This is the FIRST commercially made homeopathic medicine that has actually worked for us. It clears away the sight of bruises much faster than just letting the bruise be. Arnica is also an anti inflammatory so we use it for pains as well. We keep it stocked at home cuz you never know when it will be needed. We have only used the gel form. I wasn't paying attention and ordered the cream this time. I'm confident the efficacy is the same.

Thank goodness for Arnica
This is the best arnica product I have found. Applying right after the injury or a few hours later it is still effective at decreasing discomfort/signs of bruising and speeds up the healing process. I, also, apply after blood draws or IV's to decrease bruising at site of needle insertion. I have found repeated applications for day of trauma and a few days after is most effective for me. Comes in both a gel and cream for your preference.
