Best form of absorbable vit B12!!!!
My children do take this. It does not taste great but not so bad they won't take it! Most importantly however it contains vitamin B12 in one of the few forms my kids can digest and actually use it. We need this stuff!!!! I don't know what we'd do without it.

This B-Complex by far is the best!!
I used to buy Vitacost vitamin B complex liquid but they no longer carry it so I decided to try the Tropical Oasis because the vitamin B12 in this product is the most bio-available form of Vitamin B12, Methylcobalamin, which is naturally occurring and is the most readily absorbed whereas Cyanocobalamin is chemically synthesised. I also found that with the Tropical Oasis I feel more energy and improved digestion which was a pleasant unexpected result. I have been without it for a few days now and feel so tired and no energy so have to get my order in soon! I am so very happy with this product and will be a long time user!

my 90 year-old mother has been a lot more focused
I bought this for my parents, but primarily for my 90 year-old mother, who has been having trouble focusing, and with some of her conversation skills. I have been putting this in her drinks in the morning, and I have noticed a considerable improvement in her focus and awareness. It's not a placebo effect, either, because my sisters have been asking me what I have been doing differently. She seems better than she's been, not as agitated, and in a better, and happier frame of mind.
