Kyo Works
I am 65 and have exercised and generally taken good care of my self for decades. A couple of years ago, I noticed that it took more will power to do things that had been effortless in the past. I tried Kyo Green. It worked like no vitamin, diet, or supplement I ever tried. A word of caution, if you have trouble going to sleep because you still feel energized, just cut the dose in half. It still works.

Best greens ever!
KyoGreens are the only palatable greens i have come across. There are so many benefits to green drinks however most are not very pleasant. These greens are easy to mix, taste great in water, juice or smoothies. I now look forward to taking my greens on a daily basis.

Pretty Good
I just started taking this. I have been adding it to my (Decaf) Green Tea in the morning. The flavor blends in rather well. I tried a straight chlorella powder - mixing it with difference teas & juices and I could barely swallow it. From what I have read in health books about the ingredients, this should prove to be an excellent healthy product. It's too soon to comment on effectiveness.
