Perimenopause staple

I admit, I started this product while also starting DIM and CDG (now) but I have run out of only this and noticed the drop in healthy estrogen support. This really brought me out of the cold/hot and sad experiences. Obviously, ymmv but for me, this is a staple. I try to remember two per day but even one per day will offer you support. If you start seeing IG ads, you'll see ppl selling similar ingredients for a LOT more and they often don't have as large of a dose of each listed ingredient. If they don't tell you individually how much each ingredient is in your pill, how can you really compare? Kyolic has them all listed.

Helps with menopause

Wife says that this helps with menopause symptoms. She uses this in conjunction with progesterone cream. She purchases this regularly.
