Excellent!

Started taking this 3x a day before meals a few weeks ago with other antimicrobials such as oregano oil and colloidal silver. Paired with a low carb/starch diet this can be quite potent and you can expect some unpleasant die off symptoms, however this should only last ~1 week and symptoms will start to improve!

Love it

This is a really great supplement! I didn't feel any side effects ! after taking it for a month I got no more yeast infections! of course you need to watch your diet . Cut refined sugar and wheat . I also took oregano oil capsules on the side . I really felt my body cleansing itself and the benefits of it .

Essential in my Arsenal
