Biotin supplement on point!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Natrol Biotin Beauty supplement (5000mcg) recently and I'm perfectly satisfied with the product. I've been using Biotin supplements for the past one year and I've noticed a difference in my hair and nail health. My nail edges are not as brittle as they used to be and my hair loss is lesser than it used to be. I was very satisfied with my supplements. I changed the brand of my supplements recently to Natrol and I still see my nail and hair health to be improving. So loving Natrol supplements as well. The strawberry flavor is very very mild. The tabs do not need water at all. Just keep them on the tongue and they immediately dissolve. Works very well.
