Feeling great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking these for a few weeks now and I am feeling great. The difference isn't dramatic, but I just feel like things are running a bit more smoothly for me. It's hard to explain. They also taste great and don't leave a weird after taste in my mouth.

It gave me my life back
It gave me my life back. I was fighting depression that would come in cycles. Had fought depression like this decades before but this was also combined with severe mood swings that made me not even want to be around myself. However, I was adamant that I didn't want prescription drugs I could get addicted to. My DR advised the use of 50mg of 5-HTP 1-2x's daily so I cut the 100mg in half. I became myself again. I personally can't take the full 100mg at one time without getting the opposite reaction though because it's like overdosing my brain. I love the product and am extremely thankful for it.

It really works!
