One of the Better Banbury Products

I bought this a couple of days ago. I had already gotten the Banbury brushed nickel tank lever and decided to match it with the toilet paper holder. This time it had great anchors, real different and seems durable. The pivot feature makes it real simple, but elegant. I would give it 5 stars but the fifth star depends on how long it lasts.

Looks great, doesn't stay attached to the wall

The branbury toilet paper holder is nice looking and easy to change rolls. However, the holder keeps coming loose from the wall mount. I have to adjust the small screw ever few days (I've only had it for about a month). Now today the small screw fell and I cannot find it. So I now have a non functioning holder. The other accessories (towel rack & ring) have the same issue but not nearly as bad as this one.

Doesn't include mounting brackets or template

We purchased this a little while ago and when i went to install it today realized that it did not include any mounting brackets or the template or the instructions for installing. A simple installation is now rendered impossible.
