I love this vest! The two larger pockets on the front fit 250ml flasks, room for snacks, keys, and sunblock. The bladder is adequate but the loop that holds it in is tearing and it's been less than six months…. It's the only downfall to this vest. There's a large storage pouch, great for first aid kit, wind breaker, and pizza. The small pouch below it doesn't connect but is great for snacks or baby wipes. Nspire is the exact same hydration vest as Nathan QuickStart 2.0, for a fraction of the price. Nice fundamental pack for any category of runner or hiker. Only ding …. Comfortable placement of the straw/tube was challenging. May have to tuck it into the strap.
