Real lack of communication

The product itself is decent but it was damaged when we received it. I contacted the company and they offered to replace it . The black ones out of stock so we choose to replace it with a red one and I still have not heard back from this company as to when they are shipping the new one. Communication with this company has been difficult at best. The only way to contact them is by email.I've sent them emails and have not received any back. So beware
