The hotdogs were cooked perfectly, and the streamed buns are a plus. Load it up and turn it on, and about 15 minutes later, they are done. I had the toppings prepared and just let my guests pull and prepare their hotdog. I had a variety of toppings available, 2 types of chili, sport peppers, pickles, and white onions. ny style cart onion sauce, sourkraut, tomato, green relish, brown and yellow mustard. I loaded the steamer with nathans, vienna beef, and hebrew national to see what people liked. Nathan's were the best steamed, thick casing dogs do better on the grill.
