I am in Pizza heaven. Only my second pizza that I have made. Better then the local pizza shop by far. Crust is perfect the bottom is crispy , cannot believe I made them in under six minutes each. The only comparison I can make is from a trip Italy in an old wood fire stone pizza oven. My only complaint is I should have purchased this oven years ago, who knew it was this good.

Awesome Blackstone Pizza Oven
Recieved the Pizza Oven and was easy to assemble. Including mounting it on the same stand as the 22" flat top including adding the attachment to add the 5 gallon propane tank. Once we prepaired the pizza's for the oven they only took 3 to 5 minutes to bake. We loved the pizzas and have made pizza a few times now. Great for get togethers at the house or for ufc fight night. The wife loves using the Pizza oven and has even made different pizza dough from scratch.
