I did receive this product as a Spark Reviewer in exchange for my honest review. I love this towel bar it is very pretty and looks nice in my bathroom. I like the fact that it has the extension to make it 24 inches. I did install it at 18 because of location but were I to decide to move it elsewhere I can have a longer towel bar. Installation took a little bit of time and you want to make sure you have a drill, a level, a hammer, a screwdriver, and a pencil. In the included instructions is a paper template that you can put on the wall to mark your holes you will need for installation. You do want to check for level at all steps. The drill is obviously for the holes and the hammer is to insert the anchors if you need them if not being installed into a stud. They do include a small Allen wrench for the little screws that hold the end caps of the bar on the brackets. So if you have the tools and follow the directions it's not difficult to install. It states clearly on the back of the box and also in the instructions that this is not designed for use as a grab bar and to not install where it would likely be used as one so keep that in mind. It is very sturdy after installation for use with bath towels and such. I definitely recommend this if you want an elegant yet simple towel bar for your decor.
