Tie die kit

This is a tie dye kit, not specified as one in Walmart's description, just: "Tulip One Step Fashion Dyes" Lime, 15 oz Price: $4.61 Sold by Walmart.com. AND it is advertised as "Free shipping" but I wound up paying $7.97 shipping. Maybe it's Walmart's cell phone display that doesn't show all the details. It was easy to return for a refund though.
