This is literally the worst purchase I've ever made. First, one box arrives (missing pieces) and it wasn't stated that it arrives in 2 shipments on different days (so imagine how my house looked with half of the items.) The second shipment arrives and now I have more pieces but it doesn't get better. The items aren't marked so you have no idea of knowing what pieces are what. The manual is terrible. It doesn't let you know how many of each pieces should be available and the photos are useless. You literally cannot tell what piece is what and how it goes together. I've been trying to put it together for the past 3 hours and things are not lining up. There's missing bolts, etc. I even have power tools which is 1000% needed, yet this whole build is a waste of my time. I've built a lot of furniture in my time, however I've never seen such a thing. Also, the legs for the sectional are so cheap — plastic and wrapped in chrome. I wouldn't even buy this for $100… I can't even explain to you how terrible this item is. DO NOT PURCHASE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.
