Verified Purchase

I received the scissors, and one of them turned out to have crooked blades, as if they had been dropped. Additionally, the same pair has a defect on the metal on the other side. I kindly ask you to resolve this issue. I did not drop them or subject them to any mechanical impact. I only noticed the defect today when I opened the tool for future use.
