Global Trends 60" x 50" Georgina Floral Throw

We will be moving into our first home in the spring, so this item is staying in the package until then. So I can't tell you how it washes yet. I did take it out to look it over to inspect how thick this item is. It's not thick, but it's not paper thin either. There is a weight to the material, and it isn't scratchy at all. It's perfect for chilly evenings or light summers. It's not a thick, puffy quilt by any means and not suited for harsh winters, but it appears to be a nice and cozy throw for the couch. I was actually really excited to see this item introduced since I was in love with it's Georgina Quilt Set counterpart for it's looks and good reviews, but I wasn't in need of a bedding set. I got a couple of these for our couches, and in person this is so lovely. All those lines you see in the pictures are different shabby (I mean made to look worn and frayed a little) floral fabrics. All sorts of colors. At first the price felt a little much for a throw when there are so many cheaper options, but for the quality and for the convenient option of a throw instead of a bedding set it's absolutely worth it for me.
