This dress, if you can call it that, is completely unwearable. This scalloped edging on the neckline is a raw edge. It is made of the cheapest fabric I have ever seen. it is of a quality you find in a very cheap Halloween costume. totally unacceptable. They should be ashamed for selling this. it really does not even deserve the one star, but they require a rating. It is zero stars.
