Never showed up

I'm giving this 5 stars because the customer service was excellent. UPS sent me an email saying the box was empty and subsequently thrown away, so I never got the parts. I contacted customer care and they immediately refunded my purchase and shipped me a replacement. There was no argument, no push back, everything was very professional and friendly.

Good price, arived quickly

Price was good, parts arrived quickly. Install was simple. I didn't need the ball joints so didn't install, but now have them in stock. Same price to buy the kit as one arm in Canada.
