The Pirelli P Zero PZ4 is an ultra-high performance summer tire.  Pirelli's experience in Formula 1 racing has led to many of the technological advancements in this tire.   The Pirelli P Zero PZ4 is a popular OE tire (comes on the vehicle from the factory) for some of the most prestigious sports cars in the world including the Audi A3 and Audi S3, Lamborghini Huracan LP 580-2 and the Porsche Boxster, Porsche Cayman and Porsche 911.   Working with these discerning OEMs has helped Pirelli make one of the best tires available, particularly if you love to drive your car fast!

The tire has a special silica tread compound for wet or dry grip and handling, comfort, treadlife and fuel economy. It has an asymmetric tread design featuring a robust outer shoulder for maximum traction in high speed cornering.  There are wide, circumferential grooves for efficient water evacuation and hydroplaning resistance as well.

The tire's internal structure includes twin steel belts reinforced by a hybrid nylon and Kevlar ZeroDegree cap ply.  This feature ensures a large contact patch with the road for enhanced dry handling, grip and lateral stability.   Each OE tire and replacement tire is tuned according to the intended vehicle that it fits, so some sizes have two-ply polyester belts or just one ply with second rayon belt.  This customization allows the tire designers to further fine-tune the tire to match the personality of the automobile for which it is engineered.

In addition to the highest performance levels on wet and dry streets, you will enjoy a very quiet ride thanks to the Pirelli Noise Cancelling System (PNCS available in certain sizes).   This works thanks to a layer of sound-absorbing foam in the inner liner of the tire to reduce cabin noise in the vehicle.
