Great little cold strip, good for around the neck as well as the head. It's also long enough to wrap around an arm or smaller parts of the leg/knee. It just doesn't stay real cold for a long time, but still good.

Excellent for migraines
This band is perfect for my frequent migraines. It dulls the pain while I wait for my medication to work. It has 2 sides so that I can choose how much coldness I desire, and I love the velcro ends which make it possible to tighten or loosen it just like I want it. I bought 3 of them and keep at least one in the fridge at all times. It is comfortable and I can even sleep with it on me. It is simple but yet is a huge help with my migraines. I also use it to sometimes prevent a migraine or even a regular headache, if I feel one coming on. I highly recommend it.
