Philips SHE2641BN - Earphones - ear-bud - wired - 3.5 mm jack

I hate in-ear buds, the ones that are supposed to create a "seal". It's invasive and isolating and it freaks me out. I also hate most regular earbuds, because they just stink. Enter Colour Tunes, which seem entirely like an aesthetic gimic, but are actually a solid product. The shape and cushion material are incredibly comfortable, and the sound quality and bass are above and beyond what I would expect from something seemingly so cheap and flimsy. My only issue is that, having owned something like 5 or 6 pair (due not so much to swift deterioration as to carelessness) that after about six months, they inevitably start to rattle or buzz and even come apart - the cushioning wiggles its way off, and has to be reaffixed, and the metal inner workings may even begin to expel themselves. However, I'm pretty rough on them, leaving them at the bottom of my purse to be trampled by whatever junkI have in there. Overall, I'm pretty devoted to these, and refuse to buy any others.

I've had them for over two years and definitely the longest I've ever had a single pair of headphones.
