NOT as pictured

I purchased these for my kitchen because of the brushed effect of the copper color coming through on the top of the handle. The ones I received are totally black, with lust a little color on the ridges. We tried two times through Hayneedle to contact the manufacturer, and received no reply. Very disappointed in both Hayneedle and Liberty Hardware, and also out of time, as installation begins in three days.
