Great for arthritis
I mow for a living and have pelvic floor arthritis. This is helping so much more than regular pillows. It comes vacuumed sealed so I put it in the dryer with tennis balls. Occasionally I have to fluff it up but it has saved me a lot of pain

Low quality but it works
This arrived vacuum sealed and I think it must've been vacuum sealed for a very long time because it still hasn't recovered. The inside is filled with small foam chunks and some chunks are stuck clumped together despite my efforts to break it up. It's not bad when you sit on it, but overall it's not a high quality item and it's definitely over priced.
