RAParts 5 Starter Gears 16 Tooth Plastic Fits Briggs and Stratton 280104S 693058 693059 695708

I had these spare gear sitting on my storage shelf just in case and a year later went to replace one of the gears that broke on my tractor starter. All five gears broke on two different starters that I had. I thought I was losing my mind, however I replaced With another gear from a different manufacturer and that worked fine so I think it's safe to assume that these gears were defective from the manufacturing process. I called to get a resolution however they told me since it's out of the 60 days there's nothing the only resolution was a provisional credit through their website which I think isn't the best customer service since I had the original shipping bag and company flyer stating to contact them for any issues. The pamphlet inside indicates a worry, free warranty with no date range so needless to say I will not be ordering from here and I would definitely reconsider purchasing from this company since your reliability of the replacement parts aren't very reliable per their name. As you can see by one of the pictures, I uploaded their light appears to be voids within the center of the gear, indicating a poor manufacturing process with no QA.
