Overall this bed frame looks fine. Assembly took about an hour with two people. Although it's doing the job now, I don't know how long it will last. Upon opening the package, I found the plastic charging station was broken and a screw on the footboard was so tight that it was pressed into the wood. Despite those things I decided I'd rather try and assemble it rather than spend 5 years on the phone with customer service just to be told there is nothing they can do. After I was done putting everything together the glue on the led light gave out and it feel out. Luckily it didn't break and I was able to hot glue it back. Other than those things bed frame does what it needs to do, and my 13yr old son thinks it's great. Basically you get what you pay for.

The bed itself is exactly what you think it is: mass-produced, not high-quality, not eco-friendly but smart and simple design. My poor review is because the LED lights aren't working properly and I've received no help in resolving the issue.
