Saggy floor

The size is great.. loved it! I ordered a large because both of my birds sleep together…. They fit find but the floor inside is very flimsy and sags. It is not strong at all. When I received it I picked it up and noticed right away the floor was sagging. So it's not due to weight of my birds.
