Unbeatable value for a great coffee table

This product has many great reviews. I was almost skeptical given how many good reviews there are--I thought for sure I would find something to complain about but I really can't. It looks great, looks more expensive than it is, the size is perfect for our apartment, the lift-top is very practical and assembly isn't too difficult. If you are familiar with Sauder products then you should be comfortable with the assembly process here. There are a couple of tricky parts that I haven't encountered before: sliding on the molding/trim can be a bit difficult and the lift-top assembly definitely requires two people. But it was all very manageable. For the molding/trim, just have one person push down while the other slides or gently tap it with a hammer. For the lift-top assembly, someone just has to hold it in place. It'll all make sense once you get there. This is definitely one of the best values in furniture I've ever encountered. You can't go wrong here.

Supper doper !! looks high end. I was very surprised. The kids love it, I bought this for my Grandson collage room. It is better than expected. They all love it. The brads on the sides look classic. The wood has a nice finish. The way the top comes up makes it look modern and up to date. It could go in any high end home , or classes up a collage apartment.

Rustic, heavy duty but attractive

I purchased this table to serve many functions in a studio apartment with limited space. It works great in front of the loveseat where it serves as a coffee table and when the top is raised, works well as a computer/work space and dining surface. Be patient when assembling and make sure you have someone to help you during the final steps of fitting the top to the base. Unfortunately I did not (although the instructions say to do so) resulting in a scratch inside the storage space made by the spring hinge. There is a ample storage space under the lift top and the lower shelves as well. Sauder makes great products here in the U.S. I bought the matching side table and 46" TV stand and am very pleased with each.
