⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought this mattress gripper pad from Walmart in the full size, and it works perfectly. It fits my mattress well and keeps it from sliding around on the bed frame. The grip is strong but not sticky, and it doesn't damage the mattress or the frame. It was very easy to use—just place it under the mattress and you're done. Since using it, the mattress stays in place and feels much more stable when getting in and out of bed. Great quality for the price and definitely worth buying. I would highly recommend this product.

Works on a Medal bed Frame

The product didn't say it would work on metal. I took a chance and the slats on bed go one way. Turns out this product does not slide off metal and long enough to fit twin bed, I plan to tape the top and bottom ends to secure it. It grips the metal and does not slip. I use this for my mother who has dementia, glad I got it. I recommend this very happy with it.
