Better than expected
Setup was easy enough. Carefully cut the plastic bag it's in and let it expand. Within 3 hours it was already 9 1/2 inches. The matress is on the firm side, both the wife and I find it very comfortable. According to the literature sent with it, if you want a softer matress get a thicker one. Makes sense to me. Time will tell how long it lasts, but it does appear to be well made and looks nice too. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and would buy again.
