I will purchase this product agian!

I have used this to fill nail holes in the logs of my cabin as well as filling nail set hole on finish work..It is somewhat simple to use. It warms while i am holding it in my hand, making it easier to use,.(1) Using a small painters spatula (or pocket knife blade), take a small amount of putty off the stick. (2) Fill a nail or set finish nail/brad hole by pushing the putty firmly into the hole. (3) Smooth the filling even with the board's surface using the spatula or knife edge.(4) When done filling holes rub over the filled surface with a soft cloth or paper towel to remove the small amount of excess around the hole. After using a matching color, the holes are very difficult to find after the job is done. This it a GREAT hole filler.

This worked amazingly!

I read where someone said it was hard to use, if you just read on the package it tells you to hold in your hand for a bit, and your own body heat will soften it to a very useable consistency. You just rub it over the damaged area and it fills it in, I don't think it could get much simpler. My mom had several botched areas after having her home re-wired and she was just sick about it. This, in a very short time made her a happy camper, once again. Me too.

I use this all the time

I use this all the time to fill nail holes and scratches in wood. Blends well and is easy to use. I rub it in and then wipe away the excess with a cloth. I have had many positive comments on how well I have hidden the nail holes in projects.
