Perfect for the first weeks of postpartum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am postpartum with my third baby and have learned to keep these on hand for the first week or so after giving birth. They are so comfortable and provide the absorbency I need without dealing with separate disposable underwear and huge hospital pads - this basically combines the two. Also controls odors and keeps everything contained. They are breathable and comfortable enough to wear out and during the day. I am wearing an XL and it's true to size.

Super comfortable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a must have item for your postpartum! I found it alot more secure and comfortable compared to those regular pads.
