makes great size patties. a little practice with getting the pressure right to make even patties might be needed, but being able to stack and store in this unit is a great feature.

Really nice but problem with vital wheat gluten

Really nice but problem with vital wheat gluten because when I make fake vital wheat gluten burgers the burgers get so big. Instead I use now an empty 1/2 gallon heavy duty plastic sherbet container. This works great with real beef though.

Mr. Bar-B-Q Multi Layer Burger Press and Storage

First time used cleaned and then started to press Hamburger patties went great until I remembered I forgot to put the lifter in (Always put lifter in first) broke a little of the lip but still works great. Rotating the presser helps to level out the patty also add salt and pepper before making the patty. love the storage idea.
