as comfy as it can be as a brace

Has plenty of stretch which makes moving easy, but reminds and assists with proper posture. If you have a 25" waist or smaller I don't think it'll be snug enough. I got the smallest but im a 27" and it feels fine (probably just has too much stretch). The inner part of the arem-strap feels a bit uncomfortable....i suppose it can remind you to push those shoulders back, but i can see it hurting with long use, or causing a rash with that kind of friction.
