Not what I expected for the price

I dislike leaving negative reviews but for the price of $28.90, these shoes leave a lot to be desired. The overall appearance of them is relatively nice looking and they are well put together but the soles are hard plastic/rubber and are very slippery. The "leather" material is soft but extremely thin and will get ripped quite easily. They really don't have a cushion inside of them and they run large in size. I ordered a size 9 (size 40 as the size charge suggested when I measured my foot) and they are large in length and width. I am returning them and for this price, I would look elsewhere for a different pair.
