Biotin supplements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These biotin supplements work really well, I was sent them free to review on influenster and I tested them longer than the campaign allowed, before giving my opinion, but that's because I wanted to give an honest opinion on whether I felt they truly work or not. I do think these supplements have a positive benefit on the growth and health of my hair, and my nails feel very strong as well. I feel like I've noticed a huge difference in the thickness of my hair too. These softgels are easy to swallow, and didn't cause any side effects. I would purchase these again for myself for my overall health.

These are a must have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have super long and thick hair so it tangles easy, and now that I’m in my 40’s I need an extra supplement. Using these for 30 days has shown amazing results. My nails were getting a little brittle and cracking, now 30 days later they are not. My hair needs a trim but has become more manageable.

Excellent Biotin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nature's Bounty Biotin 10,000 mcg softgels are an excellent way to get more biotin. I like that they are softgels and are easier to swallow. I already am seeing a difference in my nails and hair. I will continue to use these.
